| APPLY: After the impromptu skit, continue your discussion with these questions: 1 How does Joe’s story apply to the struggles we face in our faith journeys today? 2 Are there any problems that are too big for God to bring us through them? Can you find a Bible passage that supports your answer? 3 On a scale of 1-10, how much do you trust God? Discuss the answers. RESPOND: Ask students to turn to Romans 8:28 and read it. Memorize the verse together. Challenge the students to repeat it often during the week, believing that it is true for their lives. Close with prayer.
